Keaton has gathered an extensive wealth of knowledge through his 20 plus years in the scaffolding industry. With experience in multiple areas including commercial construction, industrial mining and steel making, he is passionate about prioritising safety. Holding such positions as Onsite Scaffold Supervisor, WHSE Senior Manager, SafeWork HRWL Trainer and Assessor, Keaton has excelled at handling real-life scaffold incidents, while facilitating high-risk work licensing and assessment. This has led to working closely with regulators on current industry safety standards and relevant codes of practice, as a NSW board member for the Scaffold Association Australia.
